We then put all our candidates through a comprehensive competency test using our online portal to ensure proper knowledge of all the required duties for the role.
The next step is to conduct a full interview, either face to face or video interview; here, we will determine suitability.
Submission of documents required, we then request all relevant documents and conduct a thorough audit.
We conduct online reference checks to ensure that all information given matches up and that the candidate will be a good fit for our team.

This includes general inductions to aged care practises, including medication handling, incident reporting, and much more. We can also provide site-specific inductions for individual clients.
