Once we have received an application, we then conduct a thorough phone screening to ensure candidate suitability.
We then put all our candidates through a comprehensive competency test using our online portal to ensure proper knowledge of all the required duties for the role.
The next step is to conduct a full interview, either face to face or video interview; here, we will determine suitability.
Submission of documents required, we then request all relevant documents and conduct a thorough audit.
We conduct reference checks to ensure that all information given matches up and that the candidate will be a good fit for our team.

All our members go through a thorough induction process on our site or through online video. Induction documents are also available online. This includes general inductions to aged care practises, including medication handling, incident reporting, and much more. We can also provide site-specific inductions for individual clients.
